My dear friends, I am writing you today to inspire IMMEDIATE ACTION.
I’ll be brief. The blatant corruption of this Administration, Mitch McConnell and their minions makes me hysterical.
I feel enraged and out of control. The media’s kid-glove-coverage sickens me. The infighting over our Democratic candidates will continue to hurt us. We are on the precipice of historic change if we unite, take to the streets and demand that change.
The systems we’ve designed are failing and this chaotic crisis is an opportunity for reinvention. I place myself on the front the lines of political information. My wife encourages me to save myself. And yet, I do this as I believe in another way. Together we can override the corruption and design values-based systems that work for all of us - individually, collectively and universally.
This requires an audacious faith in our shared humanity combined with concrete actions.
I write these missives to keep me from sinking into the swamp. I hope they inspire you to take action. To make calls, share with your community and embolden an activated consciousness. Honestly, I don’t know if I’m effective or if am I hollering from the crowded space of the inbox trash can. All I know is taking 2-minutes to make calls frees me from the grips of their oppression.

We can stop this. The truth matters. Justice matters. Our Democracy matters.
